Stamping products refer to parts that are obtained by applying external force to metal plates, strips, tubes, etc. through stamping processes with presses and dies, causing plastic deformation or separation, and thus obtaining the required shape and size. Stamping products feature thinness, uniformity, lightness and strength, and are often used to manufacture various complex-shaped parts, such as automotive components and electronic product casings. The main features of the stamping products are as follows: High precision: The precision of the stamping parts can reach the micron level, with high repeatability and consistent specifications. High efficiency: The stamping process can achieve efficient batch production, especially when compound dies or multi-station progressive dies are used, the production efficiency is even higher. Diversity: Stamping processes can produce parts of various complex shapes, including those with reinforcing ribs, flanges, undulations or flanges. Lightweighting: Stamping parts are usually thinner and lighter than castings or forgings, which is conducive to reducing the weight of the product. The application fields of stamping products: Automotive manufacturing: Stamping parts are indispensable components in automotive manufacturing, used to make car bodies, chassis, engines, etc. Electronic products: Stamping parts are used to manufacture the shells, brackets and other components of electronic products such as mobile phones, computers and televisions. Household appliances: Stamping parts are used to manufacture the shells and internal structural components of household appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, and air conditioners. Other: Stamping parts are also widely used in aerospace, mechanical manufacturing, construction and other fields. The classification of stamping processes: Stamping processes are mainly divided into two categories: separation processes and forming processes. • Separation process: Also known as blanking, it refers to the process of separating sheet metal along a certain contour line into parts of different shapes. • Forming process: A process that causes plastic deformation of the blank to obtain the desired shape.
Stamping products are widely used in various industries due to their high precision, high efficiency, diversity and lightweight features.
